These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the New Edge Commercial Real Estate website and related online content. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Website Disclaimer & Legal Notices. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the website.

1. Permitted Use and Website Rules

The website may be used only for lawful informational and business purposes. You may view and download materials for your own legitimate evaluation of commercial real estate opportunities, subject to all notices, restrictions, confidentiality obligations, and intellectual-property rights.

3. No Brokerage, Agency, Fiduciary, or Professional Relationship

A brokerage relationship is created only through an applicable written agreement and required disclosures.

10. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law and any controlling written agreement, disputes relating to website use will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Williamson County, Texas.

11. Severability and Waiver

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will remain effective. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.

12. Entire Agreement and Conflicting Terms

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Website Disclaimer & Legal Notices constitute the website-use agreement between you and New Edge CRE. A signed brokerage, confidentiality, commission, representation, or transaction agreement will control over inconsistent website terms for matters expressly covered by that agreement.

13. TREC Notices

New Edge CRE will make required Texas Real Estate Commission notices available as required by law. The website homepage should include readily noticeable links to the current Texas Real Estate Commission Information About Brokerage Services form and TREC Consumer Protection Notice using the labels and font sizes required by TREC rules.

14. Changes to These Terms

New Edge CRE may revise these Terms at any time. Revised Terms become effective when posted unless another date is stated. Continued use of the website after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
